Traffic types are categories of issues that can cause traffic problems (Eg. accident, construction). 

Traffic records specify the type using the Content Control > Traffic module.

You can manage the list of Traffic Traffic Types options in the Traffic Module > Types. 

Add New Traffic Types

Enter Traffic Type Text and click the green save ✔ button.

Manage Traffic Types

You can manage Traffic Types at any time as follows:

  1. Click Edit to modify a Traffic type.  

  2. Modify the type name.

  3.  click the green save ✔ button to save your changes.
     

Remove

Removing a Traffic type also removes it from any existing Traffic that has that type set currently.

Click on the Remove icon to remove the type. Click OK to confirm when prompted.

Note: The Traffic Items count for each type tells you how many existing Traffic records have that Traffic Type currently assigned.
