Riding Extras Worksheet

This worksheet was added in Flow for Elector version 15.4.4.6. It allows you to view and bulk edit the following Riding fields:

  • Candidates of Interest

  • Polls Close

  • Electors (the number of eligible electors in the riding)

  • Expected Turnout (the number of eligible voters who are expected to vote)

  • Mail-in Ballots (the number of mail-in ballots used)

  • (Optionally) Map information in JSON format

View Mode

In the view mode - the Candidates of Interest column displays the entered values in black and the default value (the total number of candidates in the riding) in a grey.

You can sort and filter the grid to find riding data you are interested in.

Edit Mode

In the edit mode you can quickly make many changes and then save them all at once.

The Tab key will move you to each field in the row and then onto the next row after the last field.

The Enter key will save your changes and return to the view mode (v 15.5.3.3).

You can sort the data while in edit mode. However filtering in edit mode can result in the loss of unsaved data.
