The following guide highlights how to use the sheets-based reader

You will have to grant permission for the sheet to access your account.

Create a new sheet and rename it.

Then open the reader interface by clicking the menu item Import JSON beneath the title, then select Import JSON Feed.

 

In the text box provided, enter the URL to a JSON feed that contains only an object array. Click Search to populate the active sheet with the JSON feed.

After the script finishes populating the sheet, options to hide headers will become available.

Select as many or as few options to hide each header (and corresponding column) from subsequent fetches. Click Update Headers to populate the sheet again with updated header preferences.
