Agent Status

Flow provides you with a status interface for its agents, including data parsers, data feed readers, and other agents like BLADE Runner, connected to the Flow database. This visual status indicator offers you a quick and easy way for you to check agent status.

Users with appropriate permissions will find the agent status indicator in the top right corner of every Flow page. Click on one of the status icons to review detailed status information from each of the registered data agents.

Details

Green

One or more connected agents are fully operational and working as expected.

Green status agents include next update countdown information.

Information includes:

agent name
version
server name/ip it is running on
last update
next update
status or last action taken message

Red

One or more connected agents have experienced a significant error, failed to report in or may not be currently running and cannot update the data.

Red status agents cannot provide next update information because that data is currently unavailable via the agent.

Note: System administrators can delete Red status agent entries for those utilities that no longer need to be monitored.
Click Delete () to remove the status record from the list.

Click OK to confirm.
