Clear Error Logs
In Flow, error logs identify system issues that need to be addressed. Review error details in Flow. From the Home page, select Reports > Errors.
If you see an error logged in the system, please export the information to a CSV or excel file and email the file to support@bannisterlake.com so that the issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
Once a system error has been resolved, Flow administrators can clear the error logs in Flow. From the Home page, select System Tools > System Configuration.
Select the Clear Errors tab and then click the Clear Logs Now button and click OK to confirm.
Note: An export of the system error logs is important information for diagnosis and resolution. Please do not attempt to clear the Flow error logs before exporting the data to a file and sending it to support@bannisterlake.com.
