Eligible Voters for an Election

Set Total Eligible Voters

You will want to have an Administrator set the total number of eligible voters for the election. Setting this value allows the system to calculate the approximate percentage of votes cast.This can be set in

1. Go to the  System Configuration

2. Select

   the 

   the Set Election Date

    tab

    tab.

3. Choose the current election date from the

   dropdown

   list.

4. Set the value in the number box

   beside the Voters label

   labelled Voters.

5. Click

   the Update Election Details button

   the Update Election Details button.

Where is it used?

This value is used when displaying the vote percent in the popular vote graphs in Flow.

The vote% displays in 2 modules - :

1. Overall Race

2. Riding Results
