Create Channel

Before we can use the graphic template has been just published we can must create a channel that the branding asset(s) can be applied or used on. Once After a channel has been created we will assign a branding player to that channel. First go to the ‘Shared’ section and select ‘Channels’.

Once on the ‘Channels’ page you can click on ‘Add A New Channel’ from the top left of the list/grid. When the ‘Add Channel’ dialog comes up you can enter the name of your channel then click ‘Add Now’.

Create/Assign Player

Now that a Channel has been created to need to create/assign a Player for the new Channel to run on. From the main page or dashboard select ‘Players’ from the Branding section:

Once on the ‘Players’ page click on “Add New Player” to bring up the new player dialog box. Here select the channel we just created. If you want to be able to control the branding output through the web UI you need to enter the player’s IP address & port.

Create Assets

Now that we have a channel and player define we can begin creating or defining branding ‘Assets’ based on our published template. From the Branding section :

click on ‘Assets’.

On the ‘Assets’ page you will see your list of available or defined assets. To create a new one, start by clicking on the ‘Add New’ button:
