My Assigned Closings

If you have been enabled to manage closings information for one or more institutions the following notes will help you to know how this section works.

Device Requirements

The My Assigned Closings module has been designed to support a wide array of devices from a small smartphone to a large widescreen desktop. The same abilities exist for all layouts.

How do I select Institutions?

Click on it’s checkbox at the right hand of the list.

or - Click on the [Select All] button.

How Do I Change Status?

  1. Select one or more institutions

  2. Select the new status from the drop down list.

  3. Press the [Save Changes ] button.

How Do I Change Valid Until?

  1. Select one or more institutions

  2. Select or enter a new date and time to assign

  3. Press the [Save Changes ] button.

Default Valid Until Times

The app will automatically suggest a valid until time based on the current time of day.

  • before noon - it defaults to 11:59 pm the same day

  • after noon - it defaults to 11:59 am the next day

How do I Select a Valid Until?

You can use the calendar and clock buttons in the date box to help you easily select the correct date and time you want the closings to be valid until. If you prefer you can edit the date time by entering in a numeric datetime format as shown below.

You may use a blank valid until time to clear an existing valid until time.

How Do I Show or Hide an Institution?

  1. Select one or more institutions

  2. Select a Broadcast Option from the list

  3. Press the [Save Changes ] button.

OR

To activate an individual institution to show simply click on the screen icon on the left of an inactive item.

To deactivate an individual institution simply click on the screen icon on the left of an active item and it will be disabled.

How Do I Change My Password?

If you sign-in with Google or Facebook then you control your password there and not in this app.

If you are logging in using a User ID and password you’ve been assigned then when you are logged in you will see a icon at the top of the My Closings module that will take you to a page where you can change your password.

Clicking on the lock icon will take you the My Password page where you can enter and save a new password.

You are required to enter you new password and then confirm it in a second text box. Pressing the save button will apply your new password.

You should choose a password that isn’t common. The app will warn you if you try to use a password that is known to be a common password.

How do I logout?

To logout you press the power button icon that appears at the top of the form to the right of the heading.
