Program
Program Management
Flow users with appropriate permissions can manage the programs that are available for scheduling, including program names and durations.
From the Home page, click 
or select Manage > Programs.
Add a Program
The program definitions configured here become the content used on air in scheduled resources whenever resource tags like “Now” are used.
Click Add A New Program.
Specify program attributes as described in the following table.
Optionally assign dynamic logos or other fields using the popup dynamic field editor.
Click Add Now to save your new channel.
Program Option | Details |
|---|---|
Name | The program name. |
Duration | The program's default duration. |
Rating | Optional. The program's content rating. Examples: PG, 14+, 18+, MA |
Short Name | Optional. The program's short name. |
Line 1 & Line 2 | Optional. The program's full name, split across two lines, as needed. Note: Splitting long program names into two lines requires that the associated tags be added to the XPression scene. See Implicit Tags for details. |
Hashtag | Optional. The hashtag text to be displayed during the program. |
Dynamic Fields & Logos | Optional. Additional information and logos can be assigned to a program record by using the Dynamic Field Editor. This feature can be enabled or disabled by a system preference setting. |
Manage Programs
Action | Details |

Edit Programs | You can edit program details inline without affecting existing schedules instead of deleting the program and rescheduling all occurrences.

Remove Program | Removing a program is a permanent action that cannot be undone.
