Troubleshooting Unknown Flow Errors
If your flow server is producing an error in your browser and none of the other troubleshooting articles has resolved it, access the web/data server directly by using Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, VNC or getting on to the server directly.
Open a browser on the server and access Flow by using Localhost instead of the IP of the server. For example, http://localhost/brando for the Brando system. The server interprets this as a local user trying to access more details and will return a view with more diagnostic information for the user.
