Open a Command Prompt window ( Windows-Key + R → type "cmd")
Copy and paste the following command:
Press enter.
reg query "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\full" /v version
