Brando has two types of dynamic tags:

Program-based dynamic tags are based on text/logos associated with programs. If a program has a dynamic tag associated with it and it's used in a scene, the program's dynamic tag will be used.
Much easier to understand is schedule-based dynamic tags which allows a user to choose dynamic data while scheduling a resource.

Implicits are tags that get assigned based on either the program schedule or implied tags like channel, time, countdown and date. Explicits are tags that are defined when creating a named asset (aka house id).
